Hi! I’m Lizette! or Lizzy Frost in some instances….
I consider myself a modern gypsy and a Renaissance woman. I design and sew, act, sing, I have experience as model and photographer, director, screenwriter and editor. I’m passionate about arts, crafts, fitness, nutrition, animals, spirituality, learning, culture, psychology, society, love and languages (I speak Spanish, French and am currently studying Japanese).
I was once pursuing an acting career, but am now more focused in doing other things that interest me; like costume design, jewelry making, and becoming a certified fitness trainer.
Though I still love acting and modeling, this page is no longer only about performances but also my other ventures and adventures!
